Barrio Latino has been the guiding force of traditional and contemporary Mexican and Latin music in Arizona.Their musical style covers everything from samba, salsa, cha cha, cumbia, polka, bolero, waltz, jazz, blues, Latin crossover and funk.It is certainly difficult to “label” this very versatile band. Barrio Latino has appeared with such notables as Maureen McGovern, (singer/dancer) Gregory Hines, Los Lobos and Little Joe y La Familia.
Other credits include appearances with Sergio Mendez, comedians Paul Rodriguez and H.B.O.’s Carlos Mencia. They have recently had their music featured on the hit cable TV show, “The Shield”.

Latin-American folk music with origins in the pre-Hispanic cultures of the Aztecs and Incas. They use replicas of instruments over 500 years old, yet their repertoire includes salsa, lambada, rumba, cha cha, samba and bossa nova.


Salsa, meringue, Samba, Cha-Cha along with jazz and Latin pop. Featuring Valley favorite Carmela Ramirez, Mas is the freshest approach to Latin music in the Southwest!
