| We
set about designing "Paradise Cove" with
a unique combination of food & beverage, decor,
and entertainment, transforming the site into a
tropical paradise filled with colorful table linens,
tropical centerpieces, beautiful flowers, palm
trees and even some live exotic birds.
The
Caribbean sounds of the "Island Fever" band
greeted guests after a delightful stroll on the
boardwalk from the Hyatt to the Marriott. The
music merged with the rhythms of the blenders mixing
Margaritas served by beautiful hostesses in Caribbean
attire. A strolling magician disguised
as a pirate entertained guests throughout cocktails
and dinner.
After
dinner, the lights dimmed and guests were asked
to look out the windows as a spectacular aerial
fireworks display launched from a barge out on
the harbor. The sponsors of the event were
able to see their logos lit up in fireworks at
ground level.
After the fireworks, guests
created their own fantasy desert at a fountain
where fresh chocolate freely flowed. Ingredients
included, strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows,
sliced apples, miniature cream puffs, and ice
cream. Needless
to say, the party was a huge success and guests
were thoroughly wined, dined, and entertained. Our
client said the event "exceeded expectations". |
